Have you been feeling overwhelmed, easily irritated, increasingly tired, or like you have no motivation? This workshop can help you learn practical strategies to overcome life's stressors and manage your mental health.
Join Jenna Kean, a Mental Health Counsellor, for an hour and a half workshop that explores and teaches:
- What stress is
- How it affects us
- Healthy coping skills
This workshop is both instructional and experiential as we will practice coping skills throughout. Strategies will be pulled from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness. Upon completion, each participant will receive a pdf workbook with everything covered in the workshop.
